  • Yes. Registration substitutions are permitted. Please contact the event team at team@prescribe.plus for assistance with transferring a registration.

  • Attendees:

    • Cancel 6+ months before the event → 100% refund

    • Cancel 2–6 months before the event → 50% refund

    • Cancel within 2 months of the event → no refund

    Sponsors:

    • Responsible for full sponsorship fees regardless of cancellation

  • Yes. A discounted hotel room block will be available for attendees at the Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

  • No. Presentation slides will not be distributed following the event. The program is designed primarily as interactive panel discussions and dialogue-based sessions, rather than slide-driven presentations. Attendees are encouraged to participate actively and take notes during sessions to capture key insights and takeaways.

  • To foster candid discussions and protect the confidentiality of participants, media access, recording, and reporting won't be permitted.
